• Matter-over-Thread: Works with major smart home platforms, including Apple Home, Google Home, Amazon Alexa, SmartThings, and Home Assistant, via the Matter-over-Thread protocol. This provides fast, reliable performance and low battery consumption without requiring an additional proprietary Aqara hub.

   

• Multiple Ways to Unlock:

  • NFC Sticker Card: Simply tap your phone near the included NFC Sticker Card to quickly launch the app and unlock (NFC Sticker Cards included).

     

  • Bluetooth App Unlocking: Conveniently unlock via the Aqara Home app on your smartphone when nearby.

     

  • Remote Access: Remotely unlock the door for guests or deliveries via the app (requires a Matter Controller and Thread Border Router).

     

  • Voice Control: Hands-free access using Siri or Alexa (requires Matter-compatible hub).

• DIY Retrofit Installation: The lock easily fits over your existing Euro-profile or select Scandi-style mortise lock cylinders. Crucially, your existing cylinder must have an Emergency Function (allowing key use from the outside even with a key inserted inside).

   

• Rechargeable Battery: Features a 2000mAh rechargeable Li-ion battery that lasts up to 6 months on a single charge. It includes a USB-C charging port and low battery alerts for hassle-free maintenance.

• Pull Spring Feature (Optional): When enabled in the Aqara Home app, the lock automatically retracts the door latch upon unlocking, allowing for hands-free entry (just push the door open).
